SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WrapQueen.com ships your orders safely and in a timely fashion through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to anywhere in the world using Flat Rate USPS Priority. This service allows us to offer really fast delivery in 1-3 business days (Nationally). Please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be processed; as we manufacture each headwrap before shipping.
 
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, WrapQueen.com does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number WrapQueen.com sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
 
Please Note: WrapQueens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). You should receive a claim number and an e-mail verification that your shipment has been lost or stolen. By completing a purchase with WrapQueen.com you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy. Wrap Queens is also not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address entered in by the customer. Our system will automatically try to correct your incorrect address but it is not always successful. Please confirm your address on your order confirmation. Your address cannot be adjusted after a shipping label has been created.
  
International Customers: WrapQueen.com ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”. WrapQueen.com does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event your order requires any of these additional fees, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.

RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated below:
-You have 14 days after delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days all sales are final.
-Once you are provided with a return label, you have 7 days to mail your return or exchange back to us. Once that label has expired, your order will no longer be eligible for return.
Please note, items must be in their original condition to receive store credit. You will receive store credit in the form of a WrapQueen Giftcard.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

– Once you try on or wear your head wrap, it’s yours for keeps. Thanks for understanding this condition. It helps us reduce waste and ensure return items are hygienic.
– If your order received free shipping and is returned, the cost of your return label will be $7.99.
–  International orders are not eligible for returns or a free shipping return label at this time.
– Head wraps submitted for return that have been worn, washed or tried on will be rejected. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for return.
– We only accept returns upon approval. We will not open or process returns that have not been approved.
– After a return order is received by Wrap Queen, please allow 2-5 business days for store credit to process.

CANCELATION OF ORDER

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after your order was placed and receive a full refund. You will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours.
