By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required to further verify your identity and authorize payment. If this is required, a customer care team member will contact you after your order has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our Headwraps for sanitary reasons.
All orders have a 1-8 business day processing time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. You will receive an email notification stating when your item will ship. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 6-10 days (international orders). You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Wrap Queen and IslandChic77, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Wrap Queen.
Wrap Queen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Wrap Queen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
